If your Paws Gram tub is still sealed and you would like to return it, no problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll provide return instructions.

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back so we can process your return smoothly.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are paid directly to our carriers and are non-refundable.
